Prepare Not Working?

Everytime i try to click Prepare nothing happenings i have it open, the right version and i have it set to 1. But when i click 1 nothing happened. It was working fine up until update 1.13 came out. Please help and thank you!

Hey RyRyWannaBe,
is the prepare greyed out?
Have you tried activating the cheat manually in the trainer by using your mouse?

everything lights up like its available and i have clicked 1 and clicked it manually with my mouse. I reinstalled Plitch as well to see if that fix it but nope.

Did you launch Plitch and Stea mwith adminrights?
Have you verified your gamefiles for errors in Steam?

ok i have reintalled it and run both plitch and steam as admin and still nothing.....
