Cheat for points isn't working

Did you open the configuration screen before activating the prepare?
Did you spend some points before and after activating the cheat?

Hello, I feel free to continiue this.
This cheat is not working for me either. Idependent of version (vanilla, DLC or activated mods). Changing the time when the prepare cheat is activated (menu or configuration screen) has no influence, same with the activation time for point cheat (before or after spending points). 
Game Version: V 1.1.9
Worked before the last Plitch Update(s). Last time I used this mod succesfull (with DLC and mods) was end of February 22.
Please assist, thanks
