Fast and Free Build do not work

We also tested the cheats during the update and had no problems. However, it is also possible that this is due to the fact that our savegame has not yet progressed that far in the game.
Does this happen with every building or only certain ones?

only free building and fast building its not working, and i started every time a new game, it was not a savegame i deleted every savegame. and yes is not working with any building, i started on waterfall map with the bad water

I play the GOG version and as Baulwai25 said everything works, only the free build and fast build cheats don't work.
