Hi kitsune777,
even if you have the game in Steam, it still runs on Uplay.
You can just start the game manually via Steam and then select the Uplay version in the trainer :)
Just make sure whether you play DX10 or DX9 and select the corresponding DX9 or DX10 version in PLITCH.
