Do the cheats affect the AI if not deactivated between turns

The other Total War cheats told you to deactivate them before the turn or the AI gets incredibly powerful. Is that the same case here, or are they player specific unless stated otherwise?

Yeah, I've been using the cheats. I can't tell for sure, but it does seem like when I leave the unlimited movement on all the AI's armies are in their cities and there's very few armies on the move and often armies seem to move very far than normal. But this could all be coincidence, so I wanted to know. Also armies seem to grow much faster leaving the recruit cheat on.

I could test it, but I have no clue about the game and if you already say you're not sure :o
Easiest way is to turn of the cheats before ending the turn.

Yeah. But it would be very convenient to leave them on if they were player specific. Likewise the other TW tables tend to have a 'deactivate all cheats' button when they aren't player specific too.

Has anyone been able to confirm if they also work for AI or not? I'd like to leave them on but as stated before all the other TW games say to turn them off at the end of your turn. Thanks.
