After latest update can not start game with Plitch running

Sine the latest update v0.6.1.499 patch I can not start the game via Steam with Plitch running. If  I quit Plitch - then start the game, it works, and I can then launch Plitch and use the codes - but the  game will not start with Plitch running first.

I tested the play button but it seems to work fine.
Can you run the plitch utilities tool and repair your trainer. You can find the tool in the installation folder of plitch itself.
