I think elaborating a bit in your answers would be very helpful as well as giving us more information:

Is your game up2date on your platform (Steam, Origin, Epic, MS Store, UPlay, Gog or Retail)
Have you checked your game-files for errors?
Are any MODS installed?
Windows 7 or 10?
Did you follow the cheat-instructions and hints listed in the trainer?

The game runs fine, always, without any cheats? Have you done a fresh reinstall of the game?
Which CPU, GPU, Mainboard, RAM are you using=

Have you tried a fresh reinstall of the trainer with the utitlites tool?
Download our PLITCH Utilities Tool and run it. Click on 'Cleanup Registry and Files' and wait for the tool to finish. Once it is done, you can do a clean installation of PLITCH. https://plitchcdn.azureedge.net/downloads/PlitchUtilities.exe

I've got the exact same problem. I can play without the trainer, launch a campaign, etc
With the trainer, it send me back to the title screen

-Using W10, Steam version.
-it's a fresh installation of the game.
-Drivers are good.
-The game run fine withou the trainer
-I follow the hints

=> I will try the clean installation Of Plitch. But it's a fresh installation too
