I don't think so. I can use MegaTrainer cheats on the game without any issue.

It is Mono, are you using any antivirus? and if yes, was plitch whitelisted in it? the entire folder?

Same issue, crash on prepare.  Steam, win 10, 3.11 definitive edition.

Okay, whitelisting PLITCH should help, no need to deactivate it

I both whitelisted Plitch and deactivated Windows Defender to no avail. I have no other antivirus. I did notice, however, that it's possible to activate the cheats while in the main menu of the game. Only when you load a save or start a new game does the game crash.
