Cheats not working

i got a problem, everytime when i try to activate a cheat it wont work, the only thing that works is the cheat that enables all the others, i dont know if its becouse i got the wrong game version or becouse of my DX version of the game, i got the DX9 version, i realy need some help

Ehm why do you got a different version?
Do you own a legit copy of the game via steam or epic?

Open Steam as ADMIN. It worked for me.
