It's AppData in Win 10 and the above address is where the info is ...
Try %AppData% in file explorer and navigate to local 😉

I tend to just copy into windows 'run' ( %localappdata%\megadev\plitch\data ) :)

go to %localappdata%\megadev\plitch\data and delete the pdb.in - after that restart your client. If this does not fix it, please delete the entire data folder.
If this happens again, can you please send us the log files via a ticket:

You need to have the folder %localappdata% ever PC does since Win7
Just copy "%localappdata%\megadev\plitch\data" into the bar of your explorer
or click
Windows-KEY + R and paste it in there.
Edit :
I've tried to searching for %appdata% , but I still can't to find \megadev\plitch\data

I have tried to find %localappdata% , but the windows said "No items match your search". Does it has another name?

^^^Copy exactly that and paste it in your search bar (bottom left next to the windows logo).^^^
You will see a "best match" with the folder you need to open which is the "plitch\data" folder.
