Clint won't load passed "Plitch" screen

I am having a similar issue, none of the fixes have worked and i do not have this Data folder, i don't have any folders called megadev and even though i found 3 locations around my C drive with plitch files in them, none of these have the "data"  folder or this "PD8.bin" file

AVG and Defender both have plitch exceptions, my isp is running fine. One thing i have noticed is when i do reinstall the plitch client, i open it straight away, if i look in task manger i can clearly see the plitch program doing absolutely nothing and will only have three processes, yet when i close and open the client a second time, it has six. No idea if this is relevant or not. 

Despite multiple reinstalls and attempts to fix this, i cannot, maybe my issue is the fact i simply don't have this data folder

Open a ticket please, like is noted in the faq etc. It is easier via the ticket system.

Have you tried re-installing the VC runtime from Microsoft: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe ?

Reinstalled with the tool?
MY PLITCH IS STUCK IN THE LOADING SCREEN?!
Download our Plitch Utilities Tool and run it.
Click on 'Cleanup Registry and Files' and wait for the tool to finish.
Once it is done, you can do a clean installation of PLITCH but do not start it.
Now click on Repair VC Runtime in PLITCH Utilities and on 'repair' in the next popup.
Now restart PLITCH, if it still does not work reinstall VC Runtime via the 'Repair VC Runtime' Feature in our tool.
