Are you playing via steam or msstore?
Did you spend some credits BEFORE and AFTER activating the cheat?
Did you activate the cheat in the shop?

Do I need to spend the credits a little the do the cheat. I was trying to do it for my friend and it did not work for his account I did it for mine 3 days ago and it worked 
also it is for MS
