Hello raymondcy158,

normally the cheats do not work in co-op but in some cases they do. In Borderlands, for example, when the host of the game has PLITCH activated all players in the game can use the cheats. However, that is an exception. 

We have not tested if the PLITCH codes work in Outriders co-op, let alone via crossplay. 
You can just try it yourself and see if it works. As I said, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.

Well I tried but it doesn't work but if you can make it works in co-op then it would be great. Because we can help out others

Well I tried but it doesn't work but if you can make it works in co-op then it would be great. Because we can help out others

Unfortunately it is not possible to make it work as the PLITCH cheats are not designed to work in co-op mode. If you are playing online it won't work due to the safety precautions against cheating in multiplayer.
