Decrease powerpoints

Current cheat increases powerpoints to 50.000 (administrative, diplomatic, and military). Very high value that will remain for quite a while. Is is possible to add an option where you can also increase the powerpoints with a lower increment. A value increase betwen 1000 and 5000 would also do the trick. Or even better: Add an option where all your powerpoints go to a value of 0. Thanks in advance!

With the latest version we changed a lot, now you can use the most cheats as custom value.
