Have you tried it with the steam version?
Just launch the game manually via epic and select the steam version in the trainer :o

Are you playing via steam or epic and did you make sure to select the right version (steam/epic) in the trainer?
Which cheat were you trying ot use that caused the game to crash?

When i use one cheat (doesn't metter wich one) inside the game, there are a lot of bugs.... (saves loop, character bugged and a lot of others), i can't play the game with this bugs is impossibile,  i have to disactivate them to have a decent play. really bad developed cheats, with other cheats for other games nevere had these problems, i expected more from you!
