Eye of ender/emrald glitch

When I execute the emrald hack it gives me eyes of ender instead. I have like 260K and there are only 6 in the game please fix this!!!

You can only get them by beating all the overworld bosses. then once you get all 6 you can not get them anymore they are used for unlocking the end.

I was experiencing this as well. Then the eyes of ender disappeared and I now have -18,446,744,071,562,067,968 emeralds. IT PUT ME IN DEBT?
