FPS Issues & Crash while interacting with doors

I started to play some old games again with the cheats of course to check the games out in 2020.
But yesterday I experienced FPS issues while in cutscenes and in gameplay. On the mission where you have to rescue the hostage you have a metal door where you have to press E. When pressing E the game stops and crashes fully. After restarting the same problems occured and it was unable to continue. Now I know these things are old and might not be updated anymore but if not being updated anymore just know for yourself it might be unplayable with these cheats.
