I don't know what version to selet. Please help!!!!!! It won't let me activate the premium unlimited health option as well.

Always select the one on top (the newest).
Does the versionnumber ingame matches the one in the trainer? (1.1.1Q)
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is your numpad turned on?
