'During order placement' Isn't that the time when u select components before u click build part.

Yeah when you order them, before they are getting build that is correct.

yes. i activated just after i click 'design new parts' but the game crashes.

now i found out that not only car parts/components but also improve parts cheats can't be activated too. I am using fire fantasy mod 21 from steam workshop.

When being in the main menu you have to open the "Part Development Screen" and click on "Improve Parts"

In this screen you can activate the cheat and after activating you should click on auto fill to see a change in the value.

I'm sorry but we do not support mods. As a general rule, MODS and the Trainer are not compatible. Installed MODS, more often than not, change game functions, scripts etc. Therefore MODS and the trainer are not compatible since MODS can move or even get rid of certain injection points which the trainer uses. We do not support MODS in combination with the trainer.
