i dont know if they patched it or something but when unlimited stamina and energy are activated (after following the prepare guidlines) It will look like your stamina bar doesnt go down but indeed you run out and are then unable to regain stamina. the godmode and never thirsty or hungry ones work as it freezes the bar, but for stamina, it is not working at least in my case.
