money and cp trainer working for one character and not the other

i play on the steam version

Hey y'all im doing my second playthrough with the trainers and i noticed that when i play as majima the money and cp trainers work just fine but when i got back to kiryu they dont work at all. is there any way to fix this?

Can you send us your savegame? 
You should be able to find it here
<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\638970\remote\
and can upload it (for example) on wetransfer and post the link in the forum

You should be able to find it here

I would be too for peeps with eye patches haha. Does it work again when you switch back characters after the 1 chapter?

Just adding in here that I'm having the same issue, though I'm just at the beginning of the game, none of the money or CP cheats will work on Kiryu
