We looked into such a cheat a while ago but the money seems to be encrypted and we were not able to find anything for it.

Kill a treasure uruk (the white ones on your map) and when they drop Mirian hold the shortcut you set for the +1000 of selected resource cheat. I ended up with about 400k Mirian.
