Are you playing via steam, gog or origin and did you make sure to select the right version (steam/gog/origin) in the trainer?
Do you have the ultimate edition or not?
Did you follow the cheat description saying you have to activate the prepare, open and close your inventory and after that you can activate the cheats?
Is your numpad turned on?
