Did you make sure to enable the offline mode in-game as well as mentioned above? Did you spend/earn some money before/after activating the cheat?

I have Plitch Premium. I am confirmed offline, both Plitch and EA are run as administrator, and I have activated first yet still no money. I have tried both in garage and in open world. nothing. Please advise.

Did you set the privacy option "connect automatically online" off?
Did you gain/spend some money before and after activating the money cheats (while prepare is active)?
