So I guess it's just a matter of waiting for a few days until they update Plitch to match the No Step Back update.

If I could make a couple suggestions, if the Plitch Team is open to adding new cheats, it would be extremely helpful if they could get the following console commands to work in Ironman mode:
Focus.Autocomplete
Focus.NoChecks
Focus.IgnorePrerequisites
Agency.AutoComplete
Agency.InstantSlotUnlock
IntelNetwork.Instant
Operation.Instant.
