The trainer is up to date. 
You can always check in the "lastest updates" section in the trainer about recent patches :x

Did you gain/spend some money BEFORE and AFTER activating the cheat?
Did you activate the "instant complete contract" AFTER sitting on your mower?

can you go into some detail on what you mean by spend/gain money?  It wont let me activate the cheat either way.  So do I need to buy something then click it?  I keep trying it, and it doesn't work either way.
