once cheats are activated not only can i not defeat enemies but also skills wont activate

Are you playing via steam, origin or retail?
Did you activate the cheats AFTER loading into your savegame?

I don't know if this will help but  I saved the game as soon as I  resumed the game and i also re mapped / edited the "activation" keys    I used the right control  with F6  and  so far have had no problem
