Hi IronJulia, thanks for replying quick.  It won't let me change the hotkeys... I can click on the edit button and change the hotkey but it won't stay... it reverts back to the original every time.  I'm using the Plitch App on my PC with Steam.  How would I activate the cheats manually in the trainer menu?

You're unable to change the hotkey... that's weird.
Activating the cheats manually just by using your mouse and clicking on the cheat.
