Does it instantly crashes after activating the cheats?
Which antivirus software are you using?
Have you checked your gamefiles for errors?

I am not running a specific antivirus software just the normal windows defender. I have checked through the gamefiles from Steam and there is no errors found.
I'm currently testing which if its a culmonation of cheats used at once or its a specific one.

For example:

 If i active while in game play and just use the add money cheat, no harm no foul.
If I activate in gameplay and decied to use 1 turn reform, game chrashes.
