I just got it but the cheats dont work. i updated 2 premium but when i turn cheats on it just leads me the the pay screen again. im using the steam version on windows 10

Did you restart the trainer and check again? Since it says you're premium in the forum 🤔

About the Tropico Cheats not working:
Are you playing via Steam or Msstore and did you make sure to select the correct version (steam/msstore) in the trainer?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
