Prepair is not working...

Well , as the title says.  Was working fine a few hours ago , but then i logged off for a few hours and now i am trying again and it just simply will not activate. 
Oh and YES , i have a legit copy via Steam , No mods , Current version of 1.0.1 as of the writing of this thread. 
and yes , i am also running Plitch as Admin-Mode .

Did you restart the game and the trainer after logged off?
