Prepare won't enable the cheats

If you play as the Iron Teeth faction, they do not give you any form of tutorial. Thereby, you cannot complete the tutorial to allow activation.
The sensible thing is to just decouple the requirement from 'complete tutorial' to something more immediately achievable, such as 'build science hut' or 'achieve level 2 happiness) attainable by giving your beavers both food and water on the same day).

With it not working. "Prepare" cannot be turned on, regardless of faction, tutorial status, or number of reboots.

Are you playing via steam or epic and did you make sure to select the right version (steam/epic) in the trainer?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Did you try activating the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Is your numpad turned on?
Have you tried changing the hotkey or activating the cheat manually in the trainer?
