Resource not working

I tried to activate the cheat at home base and it doesnt work. Everything else works except that. Even tried running as admin.

Are you playing via steam or msstore?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Did you use the "activate resources" cheat within your inventory?

Running on steam client. I was able to use all the cheats but that one. Even tried using it with my inventory open.

I tested the cheats but they seemed to work fine

Can you try these steps "press esc, select your inventory, activate the "activate resources" cheat, close and reopen your inv, activate the two resource cheats."
