The Plasma Carbine no longer works with unlimited ammo, most likely because it dosen't relode like the other weapons.

scout level 15? Maybe. It's in assignment terminal. Very similar in mechanics of the Minigun.

Exchanging savegames is not working with this game... so we have to see if we can do anything about it.
