Because I can log into the app, but when I try to log into the website, it keeps giving me a password error, over and over again. Even when I tried to reset it, it still keeps giving me a password error.

And before you even ask, no the caps lock was not on and restarting/refreshing did nothing.

Yes, I'm baffled why this is happening. I'll try logging in through another web browser and see if that works.

Used a completely different web browser and it still rejects my password. Even trying to reset it fails. I think the problem is on your end, not mine.
