I noticed an information icon in the bottom left of the pilot portrait that gives some dev like info about the pilot. The 0.1.1 patch notes say
"For details on how to use dev tools, check our guide on "How to Take Awesome Footage In-Game"." So I'm guessing Plitch just switches developermode to "true" and thats it
