Hola jesuslorddedos,
Por favor, intenta iniciar tanto Steam como PLITCH como administrador. Asegúrate también de que tu cortafuegos no bloquea PLITCH. La mejor forma de asegurarte es añadir una excepción para PLITCH en tu cortafuegos.
