Invincible bosses in survival mode

Bosses in this mode are immortal using cheats. turn cheats off in the middle of the game and turn them back on when the bosses are dead.
advice:
Before disabling the cheats, burn the bosses to stun them, so when you disable the cheats the bosses will die slowly, then reactivate the cheats.
