Cheats are not working. I opened plitch and Steam with admin mode and even is not allowing me to activate the cheats or use any.

hey Kaison_OC,
please try to run both PLITCH and the platform you are playing on (Steam, MS-Store, Epic...) as an administrator. On what platform do you play? 
Also ensure that you use the correct version in the PLITCH dropdown menu, because there are different versions depending on your platform and different versions for DX11 and DX12.
