Here is a short guide how to activate the cheats:

Start PLITCH and Steam as an administrator

Start the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH

Load into your singleplayer savegame

Activate the "Prepare" cheat and then you can activate the other cheats too (with your mouse or keyboard)
