thank you for reporting the issue. Are you playing via Steam, Epic or MS Store and did you ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ Epic/ MS Store) in Plitch?
Also, please note that there are different versions whether you're playing Survival Mode or the Wintermute DLC.

Hi, please make sure to select the MS-Store version in PLITCH. You can select the MS-Store version in the dropdown menu (at the left side of the trainer).
Then make sure to start the game with the PLAY button in PLITCH and load in your savegame.
If you try it this way, can you activate the "Prepare" code?
