Hey Layan! No need to shout, let's try to solve your issue 😊 Did you make sure to select the correct trainer version for your game version in the PLITCH Client? Are you running both PLITCH and Anno 1800 as an administrator?

yeah i m rnning in admin but i have used a lot of time plitch and a day it don't work anymore idk what prb

I have the same issue than today, its worked the last time, and today nothing...i cannot start the first step..

Can you both please check if PLITCH is whitelisted in your Firewall/Antivirus? Sometimes those programs will remove programs from their whitelist after updates. If that didn't solve the issue, please check your game files for errors through the platform you're playing on.
