Hi, please try it out this way:
- Start PLITCH and Steam with admin rights
- use the PLAY button in PLITCH to start the game
- Load in your Singleplayer/Offline savegame
- Play for a minute
- Then try to activate the "Prepare" cheat
Then you should be able to activate all other cheats too :)
