When I use "Employee: +1 Level" , he don't unlock the specialization 1 and 2 😓
So what utility of this cheat ?

The +1 Level cheat will only affect the level of the employee, if you would like to adjust the Specialization of the employee there are two different cheats for that as well. Or are you referring to those?

I use the +1 level for level employee. But specialization don't appear. And when I use the specializaton cheat, if there are no specialization, nothing happens. So why level up if that don't unlock specialization ? 
(Sorry, I don't speak english very well so I don't know if I'm clear)

It might be the case that the employee needs to gain at least one Specialization naturally in the game before you can adjust it with a cheat. Can you please try that?
