please make sure that you run both PLITCH and the platform you are playing on (Steam, Uplay...) as an administrator. On what platform do you play?
Please also make sure that your firewall isn't blocking PLITCH. The best way to ensure this is to set an exception for PLITCH in your firewall.
After you load in your game activate the "Prepare for cheats" and open the map (by default on "M"). Afterwards you can activate the other cheats.
