thank you for reporting the issue. The trainer should be up to date. Which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the Prepare?
Additionally, please try running both PLITCH and Steam as an administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on the desktop icons and selecting "Run as administrator".

I launch steam and the game in admin, "prepare" is also activated, however when I modify the money etc... it is modified in plitch but not in game.

Please verify your gamefiles in Steam. You can do this by right-clicking the game in your Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.
