Hey Wandrille,
thank you for letting us know. We're already aware of the issue and are working on a solution for it.

I took a closer look at the latest patch today and there are at least 2 AntiCheats in the game now... the first one, which throws you to 2k's website with Fair Play, only comes up if a cheat program is found in the main menu or multiplayer... as soon as you go into a singleplayer match, this AntiCheat stops after some time (roughly 1-2 minutes) and it doesn't actually happen anymore (at least it didn't happen on any of our systems)... the second AntiCheat apparently now also checks the memory integrity, unlike last week's release, even in singleplayer, which is of course complete nonsense. ... this second AntiCheat is currently triggering the visual bug of the unit movement, which is why this is already happening just by activating the “preparation”, although nothing at all is changed in the unit movement... through numerous tests today, we have not yet been able to find a stable way to circumvent this behavior of the game in order to allow reasonable fun at least in single player... but of course we will stay tuned here and try to find a solution
the current version of the game is still supported, because in our tests you could usually play for 20-120 seconds until the second AntiCheat was triggered... even if the AntiCheat triggers and the units only move invisibly, you can still move the units to the desired position and then simply save the game... If you then end the game + PLITCH and restart the game without PLITCH, you can load your savegame and see the units in the desired position and can continue to move them without any problems
