Are you playing offline/solo and did you make sure to launch Plitch and Steam as administrator?

Yes i launch both as admin , i cant click on prepare the codes for link plitch with rist of rain 2 , i play solo

Have you verified your gamefiles in Steam?

for prepare it , do you need start the game in steam offline ?

I launched the game with Steam in offline mode. You can also try, it might solve the problem.
