Automatic Language change

my plitch suddenly changed language into korean. However, my setting shows as English, but it sill remain with terrible korean that look like it ran poor quality translator. 
I wanna change back to Enlish, but the setting doesn't work.

It should always use the language in the settings.
We hired an agency to do the translation because non of us can read or speak korean.

What translations are terrible. We really could use the help of a native speaker to improve it.
