sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the cheats.
Please try to run both PLITCH and the platform you are playing on (Steam, Epic, MS-Store) with explicit administrator rights (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator").
Then make sure to select the correct version in the PLITCH Dropdown menu. We have different versions for the normal (Wintermute) and the DLC (Survival) version of the game. Then try to start it with the PLAY button in PLITCH and activate the "Prepare" in your loaded savegame.
